Jarrow Formulas® QH-absorb® delivers 100 mg of ubiquinol per softgel — the reduced, active antioxidant form of Coenzyme Q10. Ubiquinol is the form naturally produced and used by cells, and it is significantly better absorbed than standard Co-Q10.
The formula features KANEKA UBIQUINOL®, a branded ubiquinol ingredient and registered trademark of Kaneka Corp. Co-Q10 is found in energy-rich tissues such as heart tissue, where it supports mitochondrial health and cellular energy production.
Jarrow Formulas® QH-absorb® has been clinically shown to increase Co-Q10 levels by 222% (100 mg per day) and by 777% (300 mg per day) over baseline. The formula also helps restore Co-Q10 levels reduced by statins and/or aging.
Each serving is delivered as a softgel. The product is gluten free and non-GMO. Particle formation inside the softgel is normal and dissolves after ingestion.
