It delivers a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D3, E, K, zinc, selenium, iodine, chromium, molybdenum, manganese, copper, and boron, alongside a 260 mg Food & Herb Blend of whole-food concentrates and botanicals. The formula is iron-free.
Vitamin D3 is provided as fermented cholecalciferol.
