Klean Multivitamin is a comprehensive vitamin, mineral, and trace element formula in tablet form, made by Klean Athlete and formulated for the unique needs of athletes. It provides bioavailable nutrient forms across the full spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals, alongside carotenoids, phytonutrients, and a proprietary fruit and vegetable blend. The formula is produced with EZ Swallow Technology.
B vitamins are supplied in activated forms: riboflavin as riboflavin-5-phosphate, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Folate is provided as Metafolin L-5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate), the biologically active form of folate. Zinc is delivered as OptiZinc monomethionine. Calcium is supplied as a citrate/malate complex, magnesium as magnesium citrate, and iodine sourced from kelp. Selenium, copper, chromium, and molybdenum are each provided as amino acid chelates. Potassium is supplied as potassium aspartate.
The formula includes lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene, astaxanthin, and pterostilbene (methylated resveratrol, supplied as pTeroPure). Choline, sourced from choline bitartrate, and inositol are also included as lipotropic factors. A 300 mg proprietary blend provides wild blueberry extract (fruit, Vaccinium angustifolium, standardized to 4% polyphenols), strawberry extract (fruit, Fragaria X ananassa, standardized to 2% polyphenols), and spinach powder (Spinacia oleracea, aerial parts).
